Pastor Glen has been ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ in culturally relevant ways for the advance of His kingdom for over 25 years. Within that time God has used him as a Gospel Hip-hop artists, rapper and music producer, reaching and impacting youth and young adults for Christ. Pastor Glen has ministered through music, workshops, and speaking at a variety of venues from churches, college campuses, outdoor outreaches to prisons and seminaries.
He has also been a contributing writer for Precepts for Living, a bible study commentary published by Urban Ministries Inc. Prior to pastoring fulltime, pastor Glen worked as a community relations professional within Chicago’s public school system on a special team created by the CEO to lead the district in creating a whole school transformation model (school turnaround). In his role there, he developed strong family, school, and community coalitions for this initiative while providing leadership and oversight to a portfolio of before and after school programs that support social and emotional learning.
As a pastor, he takes a wholistic approach to ministry as he believes the gospel of Jesus Christ not only has power to save souls for the afterlife, but to transform lives in the here and now. Pastor Glen has experience and a church planter, church restart/transformational leader, and is the founding pastor of Reconciliation Church in South Holland, IL. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Biblical Theological Studies from North Park University, a Masters of Divinity Degree from North Park Theological Seminary, and a Masters of Instructional Design and Technology from Full Sail University.
